Our roles are flexible to encourage a diverse applicant pool. La Convivencia actively seeks to find opportunities to support new or early-career researchers. We encourage recently graduated, or soon-to-be graduated, applications. We also encourage applications from current students looking to complement their studies with practical experience.

Your responsibilities may include:
Developing and delivering social research tasks including interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
Data analysis to identify key insights from quantitative and qualitative sources.

Curating innovative approaches to understanding and addressing social harms.
And more!
About you
We are looking for people with high-potential for growth. You may be fresh out of college, still completing your studies, or have a few years of experience in the sector under your belt. We are looking to actively nurture talent. If you can demonstrate the following qualities, then you are likely to be someone we’re interested in:
A solution-oriented person who is able to change course quickly when needed. You value ‘failure’ as opportunities to learn and grow.
A creative and innovative thinker who often makes suggestions and is able to bring other people on board.
The ability to make logical analyses and deductions using data and evidence to justify and contextualise decisions.
Compassion and empathy, and the desire to help others.
A passion for working on and addressing issues that affect society.
